Laura started playing netball in secondary school at age 11 and fell in love with the GA position: she went on to represent St Helens Town in the Youth Games, eventually ssecuring gold.
Laura later represented Merseyside County.
Laura has continued to play at a high standard with accolades including winning the Corporate Games, North Wales League, Cheshire Elite League, Liverpool League and Bill Williams Cup as well as national workplace competitions.
"As a level 2 coach, my passion is to coach a player, expose them to the experiences and enjoyment to be had from netball; I want to support our athletes on their own journeys and pass on my love for this amazing sport, building the foundations for our future England roses!"
